      Stroce service is very good, fast shipping and cheap. For the price the bike is very good, although not perfect. Brake disks are warped, I think due to the shipping. Some details are cheap (like the non extendable bike stand). I don't like how the electronics manage max speed limiting, as the engine goes on and off not smootly, so you feel accelerations and decelerations while riding.
      these are small details though, and as said for the price it's absolutely good.

      The bike itself is very good, it fits what the seller offers, I weigh 102 Kilos, I am exceeded 30 kilos, and with the help of the five electric points you climb very steep slopes with the small pinion with minimal effort, It has a fist throttle for the start on the slopes which is very good and very practical, given my low physical form, I have had to use 2 electric aid points at all times and at times the 5 points, and assist in approximately 30 kilometers, more than enough for a beginner in poor shape.
