Microsoft has released the March version of Windows PowerToys, known as 0.98. This rollout features enhancements to the Command Palette along with a refreshed interface for the Keyboard Manager's editing section.
A standout addition is the Command Palette Dock, allowing users to pin preferred commands to a dock positioned on any edge of the display. The company notes that the Command Palette now operates more swiftly and accommodates windows with transparency.
The Keyboard Manager's editing interface has been completely redesigned to facilitate ongoing developments. Remapping keys and setting up shortcuts has become simpler, with options to swiftly deactivate modifications. Additionally, users can now open or shut down Keyboard Manager using a dedicated shortcut within the Command Palette.
The CursorWrap utility, introduced in January, receives significant refinements. It performs more reliably across multiple displays, including an option to automatically turn off when a single monitor is in use, and settings to activate the wrap feature solely while pressing Ctrl or Shift.
