As part of the ongoing story, there’s a fresh PC case on the show floor at Computex that promises to make your desk setup smell a little nicer, and now you can watch PCWorld’s Adam Patrick Murray check it out firsthand.

According to the latest update, the idea is that the heat of the PC helps slowly diffuse whatever scent or essential oil you’ve infused the puck with, making everything smell a little nicer. The folks at Montech have brought a variant of their Ten Wood PC case to the show that has a little wooden scent puck mounted at the top.

The report highlights that as Adam points out you could theoretically customize the smell to your liking, so you aren’t limited by what Montech offers in terms of scents.

As part of the ongoing story, consider the fact that we just stumbled upon Gigabyte’s wood-and-glass PC case at the show yesterday, and it’s definitely starting to feel like wood trim for your PC is a pattern at Computex 2026. I’m also a fan of the wooden accents, which are made of real walnut and beechwood.
