Steamer is nice, handle, light. Very quickly ready to use. I'm iron hater, but after move all my clothes was in creases. I got this one. it's doing well, but far from perfection with really deep creases on cotton. I guess it can't fully replace iron in some cases. but definitely I'm going to use if frequently. very quick delivery!

As you can tell, the box was smashed. And you sent me the wrong one. The wrong and plugging I need the American I need adapter so i can use this , it won't work over here in the USA without right plug in. uuuugggghhhhhh.
