Arrived in 10 days. Product is neatly packed in its own box. The flannel pad has a bit of a ‘new’ smell but otherwise it’s excellent and easy to use. Heats up in about 1-2 minutes. Has timer for 45 , 90 & 120 mins. Max heat (adjustable from 1-10) is good for soothing neck and back aches. Looking forward to using my heated pad.
